These terms govern your use of kwazymarketing.com and the services offered by Kwazy Marketing ("Kwazy", "we", "us"). By using this site or requesting our services, you agree to them.

What we do

Kwazy provides marketing services including paid advertising management and lead generation, website design and development, and cinematic property videos created from listing photos. Specific engagements are defined by written agreement (email counts) between you and Kwazy.

Free previews and free work

• Free previews, mockups, growth plans, and sample creatives are provided at no cost and with no obligation.
• Video previews are watermarked. Watermarked previews are for your evaluation and may not be used commercially.
• Free ad creatives and growth plans delivered as part of an offer are yours to keep.
• Preview website mockups remain Kwazy property until a paid engagement begins.

Payment and delivery

• Prices for videos are stated on this site; websites and ad management are quoted in writing after your preview or plan.
• Clean, unwatermarked final files are delivered after payment.
• Unless agreed otherwise in writing, revisions offered at the preview stage are included; additional scope is quoted separately.

The performance offer

Where we advertise performance based terms, they work like this and are confirmed in writing per engagement:

• Lead generation: if an agreed first month of managed campaigns produces no leads, that month's management fee is waived or refunded. This applies to our management fee only. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms and is not refundable by Kwazy. The guarantee requires the agreed scope, budget, and tracking to be in place.
• Ecommerce: performance based pricing (for example commission on tracked, ad attributed sales) is defined in the written agreement for that engagement.

Marketing results depend on many factors outside any agency's control. Except for the specific written commitments above, we do not guarantee particular results, and past client results shown on this site do not guarantee your results.

Intellectual property

• Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables made for you, except third party materials and our underlying tools and methods.
• You confirm you have rights to the materials you provide us (photos, logos, listings, product info).
• We may show completed client work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, submit false information, or use our free offers in bad faith (for example requesting previews with no genuine business interest, or reselling free work).

Disclaimers and liability

This site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kwazy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services, and our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement.

Testimonials and portfolio claims

Client quotes and results on this site reflect real client work and communications. Individual results vary.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
